Why was my cashback rejected?

Why is there a pending period?
When you use our referral link to make a purchase on a retailer's site that we support, your action is tracked by the retailer and reported to us. However, the retailer may take time to acknowledge our referral of your purchase. The pending period is determined by the retailer, not by us. While the normal pending period is 2 months, it varies for each retailer. Always check your cashback records via your dashboard for updates on when your order will be approved.
Is there a withdrawal threshold for receiving payment?
No, there isn't. We send your payment as soon as your order is approved by the merchant, regardless of your cashback amount. However, PayPal applies a 2% handling fee on withdrawals, which varies based on the amount and currency, as determined by PayPal.
How do I change my contact email or payment method?
Go to the VIP Members Dashboard, click "Update account information," enter your new contact email or payment method, and click "Submit." For security, we will send you a verification email. Click the verification link in the email to complete the update process.
Will I be eligible for cashback if I am not logged in to your site?
No, only logged-in members are eligible for cashback to ensure we can track your purchase. You can log out anytime, but remember to log in again whenever you want to be eligible for a cashback reward.
Can I use a discount code and still receive cashback?
